All makes and models – Toyota, Volkswagen, Nissan, Ford, Hyundai, Kia and the Chinese brands, right up to Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Audi – plus bakkies and light commercial vehicles, petrol and diesel.
It depends on the engine and what we find inside it. We start with a diagnosis (compression test, scan and inspection) and give you a ballpark figure. After strip-down and measuring, you get a written quote for the parts and machining actually needed – nothing extra is fitted without your approval.
Most overhauls take one to two weeks, depending on machining and parts availability. We keep you updated on WhatsApp with photos as the rebuild progresses.
A diagnostic scan and a check of brakes, tyres, suspension and steering, battery and charging, belts, hoses, leaks, fluid levels, lights and wipers. You get a written report and a quote for anything that should be fixed before your trip.
Yes. Replacement injectors – and injectors moved between cylinders – must be coded to the engine computer on most modern diesels and direct-injection petrol engines. We test, replace and code injectors on all brands.
