Modern common-rail diesels and direct-injection petrol engines need every injector matched to the engine computer. When injectors are replaced – or swapped between cylinders – they must be coded, or the engine runs rough, smokes and uses more fuel.
We test injector leak-back and balance rates, replace and code injectors, and repair the rest of the fuel system: rails, pressure sensors, high-pressure pumps and EGR faults.
